The view is definitely very beautiful on what Chongqing has to offer as a city. A glass window (very dirty, but I understand it is difficult to clean it punctually, if it has ever been done) on the bridge and the skyline lit up in the evening. Ok. The room in general is in terrible conditions. We stayed two days, one of which without hot water. It has been missing maintenance for a long time. No independent air conditioning, no minibar, no air recycling in the room. This leads to a musty smell and humidity that forms in the bathroom. This leads to a peeling of the paint from the walls, raising of the parquet (which they have no idea how to hold). I think the mattress is recycled…. Old. Worn out and you can feel it. Cobwebs with spiders everywhere. More than half of the light bulbs are missing in the lamps. Broken chandeliers and tied with rough threads to other chandeliers…. The photos speak for themselves. Not to mention the structure. The idea of ​​the buildings was good. 3 buildings with swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong room, small supermarket, children's games... structure built presumably in the mid 80s, early 90s, completely left to itself, without maintenance, care of the gardens (it looks like a jungle) floors up to -5 unusable... It looks like a horror video game. I will never understand, for what reason, they do not take care of what they have

We contacted the seller and were told we could place our order through the platform and choose a room, then cancel for free within 30 minutes after watching the actual video. After placing the order, we watched the video the housekeeper sent us and were satisfied with everything, so we decided to move in. Upon arrival, the room was completely different. The cleaning lady was still cleaning, and the room had a strong odor—nothing like the video. Seeing our dissatisfaction, the housekeeper offered to move us to another unit, which was only slightly better than the previous one. The furniture in the room was old and broken, and there was no drinking water. Because there were so many children and the weather was hot, we had no choice but to accept it. This behavior by the seller is completely deceptive, using previously good videos to deceive consumers—it's excessive. All five photos are actual photos.
