老顧客了，還從沒體驗這麼差評過呢！4樓房間原來是做其他酒店的吧，洗澡間很小，轉身都困難，熱水也小，還不穩定，熱水器下面一個水桶接水，還差點滑倒，整體感覺就像50塊了旅館，糟糕的體驗。

這次入住北京同潤酒店還是很滿意的，新開的酒店，環境比較好.首先酒店的地理位置十分優越有一號線和五號線，出行很方便，也方便打車。房間也是比較乾淨整潔的，都帶有外窗這點很棒，房間裏面的水也配備的很充足，不用打電話跟客房要，洗護用品也是很棒的，可以看得出來酒店下功夫了，大堂的設計也很温馨，整體設計很棒，讓人感覺舒適，堂吧的花朵也很漂亮
出入酒店的時候前台工作人員都會熱情的打招呼問候，也可以直接在前台拿水，還是保温的水，帶着很方便，而且這點也很貼心，而且前台的工作人員真的很棒，服務態度很好，尤其是前台張薇，他的服務讓我很滿意，離店的時候還貼心的給準備了伴手禮，真的非常熱情有禮貌，酒店還有機器人送餐，很方便不用自己去大堂拿，直接在房間等着就可以。挺推薦的，下次有機會的話還會再來

這家酒店的服務實在不盡人意
作為一名入住的客人，我客觀地講訴一下我在該酒店的遭遇，我是3月14號晚上入住的酒店，第二天早上我7點50有事出去（未退房），中午12點回來準備午休發現自己的房間已被退房，且房間裏的個人物品不翼而飛，在此期間，酒店一次沒聯繫過我，前台給我的回覆是保潔發現我的房間門沒關，並且於3月15日早上8點18分直接給我退房了，對於該時間，我認為酒店有以下行為不符合管理規定：
1.保潔發現客人房間沒關，沒有如實向酒店前台反應聯繫客人，擅自把客人的東西帶離房間。
2.酒店在未經客人同意的情況下，將客人入住房間直接退房，客人的權益未得到保障。
3.中午回到酒店以後，工作人員並未給我安排空房間給我休息，僅僅打電話問了一下那個保潔，對於我自己的感受不聞不問，逃避自己應有的責任。
作為一名消費者，在3月15日消費者權益保護法遭到如此對待，希望各位消費者謹慎選擇，維護自身合法權利，大家謹慎選擇。

房間很大，樓下停車要收費，內部設施還行，比較坑的是，去廁所需要經過洗浴間，然後洗浴間和外面沒有地面處理，洗澡後，整個過道都是水，去廁所也要經過很濕的過道，然後經過洗澡間過去，比較難以理解

訂了2晚靜怡房，想着住2天休息好一點，誰知道是隔樓層，客服讓補40元升級住親子房，交錢後才見攜程顯示VIP客户免費升級房型成功，店員不靠譜，我累了也沒想找她退。親子房空調如直升機響個不停，床也有蟲蟎，睡了周身癢。每次回來都住這家好才訂，差勁呀，沒下次了
