很滿意，頭一天住的別處，吵死了，還廁所有味兒，臟的實在堅持不了了，第二天索性換酒店，換了利安，真的住的不要太舒服，終於睡個舒服覺

剛開始來的時候就看洗手池有很多頭髮地上還有彎曲的體毛 花灑還是壞掉的 但是看在前台服務態度上沒想着差評 能住就可以
到了半夜樓上一直有響聲！非常響 這個酒店幾乎沒有隔音！從12點開始！一夜被吵醒四次！我凌晨五點才睡着！！早上九點又被吵醒！期間跟前台打電話顯示轉接失敗 找完客服 客服解決了問題 但是不過一小時又開始了！找酒店老闆表示噪聲因人而異 她開電視都能睡着 ？？我真不理解 這個服務行業不是應該從顧客的角度考慮嗎。酒店方表示沒找到噪音來源 那我很好奇為什麼每次打完電話就能安靜一會兒呢？
