房間衞生還需進一步加強，毛巾和枕套上有些許陳舊污漬。
早飯太讓人失望了，麥片有黴味，吐司片是回潮的，整體品類很少，每樣都不好吃，衹有美式咖啡還可以。
服務還不錯，枕頭很舒服，床墊也軟硬適中，睡了不腰疼。

房間很寬敞，有兩個長沙發，兩個床還可以拼到一起變成一個大床，對我們這種二胎家庭簡直太友好了！
服務態度也很好，一到店小朋友就去領了棉花糖。晚上送東西是機器人送到客房，幾分鐘就送過來了，機器人走的時候還説“客館我走了，給我好評回去我媽媽會給我糖吃”，逗得孩子哈哈笑。
店裡的服務員態度也很好，路上碰到會打招呼。
房間乾淨整潔，還送了長壽米粉，晚餐在酒店吃的水煮魚，味道非常滿意。
環境清幽，很放鬆，總體行程愉快！

設施：非常新的酒店，設施設備完善，室內設備有機麻室非常棒，有健身房、鋼琴室、幼兒玩耍的地方，乒乓球室，我們去的那天下雨，但是一點也不會無聊。室外有遊艇，皮划艇，摩託艇，觀光船，小孩覺得特別好玩。
衞生：衞生非常好，衞生間乾淨，床品很新很乾凈柔軟，橡膠枕頭有助睡眠，個性化的夜讀燈，連紙巾盒都很有創意，可以放置手機，一次性拖鞋很厚很舒服。衞生間寬敞，房間亮堂，還有對湖景帶機麻房的，機麻是最新款的大機麻，像火車出洞那種。還有帶大露台對湖景的房間可以搭天幕那種，但是我們這次去晚了，訂完了。
環境：酒店外觀新穎，空氣特別好，停車很方便，還有小孩玩的操場。可以吃燒烤
服務：早餐特別好吃，品類豐富，推薦牛肉麪和雜醬麪，絕對真材實料，用餐環境很好，餐廳對湖景，餐廳大，二樓還有包房，裝修豪華，商務宴會或者家庭都沒問題。前台小姐姐服務特別好，親切，還專門給我送了小孩的拖鞋和牙具。
