衞生還可以，智能管家和智能馬桶都好用，離萬達廣場和吾悦廣場很近很方便，但是酒店等電梯要比較久。受傷了打前台電話問沒有創可貼，還是其他酒店的前台給的

酒店樓下就是廣場，出行方便，吃的多玩的也多，房間設施齊全全屋智能，投影大屏看電影很舒服，體驗感很不錯下次來銅梁還定這家。

酒店基本沒有服務，服務態度也不行。1.房間椅子壞了，根本不處理2.衞生拖地異味嚴重3.窗户不能關閉，吹風太冷了。
