A 5-star room made better with 6-star service! Even before my stay, I was attended to by the Guest Service staff - 程独秀. She is extremely kind and prompt in our communication over WeChat, helping to arrange airport pick-up even before we arrived. She even helped to organize decorations for our room after she found out we just got engaged in China! It was a pity we only got to stay for 1 night as Chongqing was our stopover city on our way back to Singapore. Although the room was slightly far from the lift, it featured an AI voice assitant, bidet, Dyson hairdryer, and a cute food delivery robot! Despite our early flight, the hotel even packed us takeaway breakfast. We're really in awe by the high standards of the hotel and your staff. Thanks UrCove Chongqing and 程独秀 again, we hope to return soon!

I am writing to extend my sincere appreciation and highest commendation for the outstanding service provided by Ms. Carol during my recent stay at UrCove by Hyatt Chongqing Yubei. Although my visit lasted only a few hours, she went above and beyond to ensure that it was a truly memorable experience.
From the moment I made the booking, Carol took it upon herself to make me feel comfortable about my arrival in Chongqing. She thoughtfully arranged seamless, point-to-point transportation to and from the airport and maintained clear communication with me right up until the very day of my arrival. Her attention to detail and proactive care gave me tremendous peace of mind.
Upon reaching the hotel, Carol personally assisted me when my WiFi connection was not working, staying with me in the room until the issue was resolved. Her helpfulness extended well beyond what one might ordinarily expect, and she always communicated with clarity and positivity.
What impressed me most was Carol’s warmth and cheerful demeanor. As I departed for the airport, she surprised me with a thoughtful gesture—a soft toy panda—which left a lasting impression and a smile on my face.
Carol’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest comfort are truly commendable. In just a short stay, she managed to make me feel genuinely cared for, turning what could have been a routine transit stop into a memorable and personal experience.

The prob with the hotel is location but it’s close to the chongqing airport but it’s not right in the centre of chongqing. I believe it was just built or refurbished in May this year. The rooms were big spacious and very nicely done. We only stayed one night to catch our flight back home. But we travelled into Chongqing for a great meal DiDi to and back to hotel was less than £4 each way. It was an half an hour journey. Breakfest was charged at £6 sterling but it lacked quality and most of the food was cold just go for a bowl of noodles. Fruit juice was very poor it was like bits and bobs but everything was very poor quality but eatable. Plenty of eggs fried or boiled. Tea and coffee was poor as well. The hotel was only eight floors but was stretched over a very big area be prepared to walk a bit as far as we could judge there was only four lifts in one hallway to service the whole hotel. The hotel had very few guests but I think the location was too far out of centre. Overall impressed with the rooms we had two. One special thing they had brand new bidets in both our rooms. In china at the moment the rooms have smart toilets but no bidets. Therefore to find the rooms with the latest bidets we were very happy. Overall the rooms were perfect air con was very powerful if anything the air con could literally chill the whole room quickly. The price was fair. We did not mind the long walk to get to our rooms because we were only staying for one night. Overall I’ll give the hotel 5 stars. All the staff was very professional and polite especially at the check in. We were very impressed with our rooms.

the experience at the hotel was great, Amy the manager provided an excellent service, as our flight was delayed, we landed at Chongqing airport at 1 AM, we got a none cost transfer to the hotel also a late check out without extra cost, the hotel is very clean, with good coffee and services, very Recomended

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the warm hospitality of the staff. The front desk was quick and attentive, and they even provided nearby parking and dining recommendations.
The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with the sheets and bedding having a subtle fragrance. The light was wonderful, and opening the curtains revealed a beautiful street view. The most surprising details were the details—there were USB charging ports by the bed, and the bathroom had a perfect dry and wet separation. Even the toiletries smelled delicious, so I didn't need to bring my own!
The breakfast was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. The hot porridge and side dishes were fresh and delicious, and the waitress was always available to refill the food promptly, leaving me feeling incredibly satisfied. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a small gift, claiming it was a local specialty. What a thoughtful gesture!
The location is also very convenient, with the subway and light rail right outside, and nearby restaurants and shopping are all within easy reach. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. The value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!
