非常不好。從訂房到住進去一共打過三個電話，都不告知沒有前台。等我從南川到了涪陵本來就很疲憊，找到了大廳，被笑嘻嘻的告知沒有前台，讓我加他微信，那種我找他辦事的感覺，你當自己是行政單位呢。我加了微信讓我發按金髮身份證，那我訂房這麼久包括停車的時候為什麼不主動加微信告知入住訊息？我在大廳等待入住期間，各房間的嘈雜聲大廳聽的一清二楚。環境混亂。房間窗户沒有紗窗，開窗户會進蟲。衞生也不好，牆上都是衞生間裏的那種蟲子。家徒四壁。

環境：裏面收拾的很乾凈，跟專門的酒店衞生不差上下，裏面裝修風格和氛圍給人一種寧靜温和的感覺
服務：姐姐人很好，我一個人定的雙床房，問她還有沒有大床房時（大床房比雙人床價格要低些）她還是將實情告訴了我，哪怕這樣她少賺一些錢。
歡迎零食:裏面還有免費的餅乾和🍬，好吃
附近也挺安靜的總體感覺很好
