謝邀，老婆在多家選擇中強烈選擇這家酒店，住完四天後留下一句，老公，以後我們來還要住這家。
本人感受：前台和酒店接待服務很好，提前很多天我就加了聯繫方式，因為提前預訂了很多的零食、花束、葯品等想讓前台幫助放到房間中，多次的溝通下來很順暢，態度和服務都很滿意。房間的環境，設施也都沒有什麼問題，整個旅途也因為選擇的是這家酒店而更加的舒適和愉快。
不足：實話實講，因房間有個裝飾掉了聯繫了前台需要維修，第二天早上八九點維修工人就來敲門，在第一天凌晨幾乎快1點的時間辦理入住，剛進入休息，很早就來敲門把人敲醒，這一點安排有所不妥。雖有所不滿，但前台也及時表達了歉意。
我也不希望因為可能一點的工作失誤就全面的否定酒店其他人員的服務和努力，還是十分願意給滿分的評價，希望你們越做越好。

樓頂的高空泳池太出片了！白天夜晚不一樣的feel，酒店環境也很nice，還提供免費茶水咖啡飲料！吹風機也是戴森的，跟五星級酒店一樣的待遇，還有健身房，洗衣房！位置也不錯，去哪兒玩都方便，旁邊就是鵝嶺公園✌🏻

頂樓無邊泳池：一上到天台，無邊泳池🤩！穿着泳衣坐在池邊，伸手就能“抓住”遠處的橋和城市美景，那種感覺，就像自己擁有了整個山城！
這家酒店真的是集美景、舒適於一體，不管是來重慶旅遊，還是想找個地方放鬆一下，都超合適！

冰箱裏免費提供啤酒，滙源果汁，可樂，寶礦力水特，各一瓶。早餐有牛奶麪包提供，大屏幕投影。樓頂的泳池全家玩了一個小時。衞生間，淋浴房，洗手間，衣帽間都是獨立的。房型景觀空間總體不錯。估計在外國推特和油管上評價挺好，所以老外很多入住的。
待改進的是泳池的水藻多清洗，房間沒有陽台晾衣服（有公共的洗衣機烘乾機房）。

無敵江景無邊泳池，小朋友玩兒得高興極了！水質很好，而且每週一泳池都要清潔殺菌，放心讓孩子在裏面撒歡～結果孩子晚上游泳的時候不小心把戒指掉進泳池了，第二天一大早工作人員就給撈起來了，服務很好！大大的贊👍🏻

中古風的房間很大很精緻，全屋智能、戴森吹風機、雲朵床墊、品質床品、小冰箱裏免費的酒水，住起來確實很舒服～玩累了，晚上還可以在房間泡泡澡，還有免費的沐浴球🫧～

公區有洗衣房和健身房，酒店周邊也很方便，離鵝嶺二廠步行5分鐘，鵝嶺公園3分鐘，旁邊有地鐵🚇一號線，還有網紅的2號線李子壩輕軌穿樓～過來旅遊住這裏確實不錯，走哪裡都不遠

十二點到了就辦理入住，但是房間馬桶蓋是壞的，申請換房卻以放滿為由拒絕了（網上平台查 明明就有房）。客服喊人來修馬桶，也沒有修好。酒店沒有早餐廳，還好樓下有一些餐館可以吃早餐，總之此次體驗太差了。
