The hotel's location is absolutely superb, just a few minutes' walk from Jiefangbei, and close to popular attractions like Bayi Street and Hongyadong. Upon check-in, we opted for a paid room upgrade. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of the confluence of the two rivers, and the scenery was breathtaking – the gentle sunset streamed in during the afternoon, and at night, the city lights shone brightly, adding an unforgettable touch to our journey.
The overall hotel experience was equally outstanding: both the afternoon tea and the local specialty savory tea served in the morning were excellent. The room was equipped with a smart voice control system, and the presence of a Dyson hairdryer and Bvlgari toiletries truly showcased the hotel's commitment to quality.
What truly stood out was the attentive butler service; it was meticulous and thoughtful, making us feel incredibly welcomed and well-cared for.

Very pleased with my stay. Even before arriving the staff got in touch and helpful. The room itself had a lovely view of the city and all amenities were there and of high quality. The concierge service proved helpful for booking a restaurant. Certainly staying here when coming back to CHQ.

I had a four-night stay at Vista High rise. I arrived late at night and the staff came down to pick up us and led us to the hotel at the 45/F. All staff are polite and friendly. The room is clean and modern with voice control assistant and magnificent river view. Much impressed by the 24-hour butler service. They provided instant respond and helpful recommendation to my enquiry and requests even during the day when we went out to tour around the city. The presentation of the afternoon tea makes it irresistible and the taste of the coffee is actually very good.

🏨 This is really one of the best hotel I ever been to.
The place is amazing, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The room itself is just great, very well maintained, furnished and clean and the view is wow.
📍Location is also very good very easy to find for both us or taxi there.

The WeChat concierge service here is extremely warm, friendly, and helpful on a 24/7 basis. No matter what we needed, they were able to arrange it very quickly for us. Even when we wanted our clothes washed at 1am, they managed to return it by 9am the next day for us to use.
The room was so amazing and extremely clean. I’m not from Chongqing but if I would definitely stay here again next time.

So many positives from our recent stay: (1) Staff / 管家 were super helpful and friendly, they even assisted with our courier requests. Also very responsive on Wechat, (2) The free and fuss-free laundry service was fab, (3) The long makeup area and mirrors were great, so much space! (4) The daily morning ritual of sending the traditional CQ 老油茶 was an unexpected surprise!

We had a spacious room on the 46th floor. It had great view over the city. The bathroom had a lot of mirrors and the bath had a also a very nice view. The beds were good. The service was really great. We used the laundry service: they picked it up and it was ready on the same day. There is a hand steamer on request. The hotel offered a typical Chongqing morning snack which we really appreciated, they also offered tea/coffee with cake which was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided us with a lot of info through WeChat. The location was good: food and shopping street in walking distance, there’s also a metro station that connects to different lines.
