提前打了電話到酒店詢問各項事宜，賓客關係主任Hedy接到電話，服務態度很好，到店後雖然有些不愉快的事情但是Hedy很耐心的幫我解決，總之還算是不錯的體驗，入住了兩天在這邊，出行也很方便。

酒店裝修風格温馨，設施設備高級，智能馬桶，電視投屏，電動窗簾非常智能。酒店出行也很方便，門口不遠處就是地鐵站，對於差旅客户來説非常合適，賓客關係主任HEDY小姐姐人很好，幫我們安排了同樓層安靜的房間，還提前贈送了歡迎水果，非常周到！

第二次來住這家福朋，感覺他們的設施特別的全面，而且房間乾淨，服務人員的態度特別的熱情，以前我也住過萬豪系的其他品牌酒店，但是這家福朋確實在細節方面做得特別好
早餐特別好吃，給大家推薦他們的重慶小麪，然後加那個牛肉的佐料特別的香，然後早餐的點心也是特別的全面
Bella服務超好，送早餐、升級房間什麼的～我們兩家人都有她微信，有什麼事情都會聯繫她，下次入住還會選擇這家酒店
