入住寬融酒店體驗感很好，剛到酒店，前台小何就熱情地迎上來，房間很大采光非常不錯很亮堂，樓下就是時代天街，逛街很方便，早餐豐富多樣，味道可口，每天都能享受到貼心服務，退房時她們也送到電梯口，很不錯。

很不錯的一次入住體驗，房間寬敞採光很不錯，床品枕頭柔軟，衞生間乾淨沒有異味，洗護用品用着不錯，味道還挺好聞的，前台小何非常貼心。酒店位置絕佳，樓下就是購物中心，早餐豐富多樣，味道可口，房間設施一應俱全，性價比天花板，推薦這家酒店噢。

前台工作人員小蓉和杉杉的服務態度實在太熱情啦。一進酒店她們就滿臉笑容，耐心解答我的各種疑問。還給我免費升房。入住的房間更是讓我十分滿意，每一處都打掃得乾乾淨淨，一塵不染，住起來特別舒心。前台還貼心的送了温熱的紅豆羹，早餐也是送到房間的，所有的服務和品質都是超五星級的標準，床品和環境都非常好！洗漱用品更是用了我喜歡的澳洲奢華品牌Appelles！必須點贊👍👍👍

帶長者出行選對地方了，必須五星。酒店前台妹妹看到我們帶的長者，主動幫忙提箱子，這點特別暖心。看我們不便，還給我們升級了個大雙床，房間空間夠大，有單獨的客廳可以看電影，衞生間乾濕分開的，熱水温度也合適，長者洗澡不擔心着涼。早餐給長者選的軟爛的粥和桂花糕，服務員看到外賣還會幫忙送到房間，全程沒遇到糟心事，體驗感拉滿。
