The customer service was excellent. They'd ask on WeChat every day if you wanted housekeeping. They were also very considerate and added you on WeChat before your arrival. I stayed on a high floor, room 41, with a great view. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing. Mini bar: Coke and Sprite, awesome!

This was my first time in Chongqing and I'm so happy I chose Yolo Hotel. It was so beautiful I screamed. I took photos as soon as I put down my luggage 🤳. The front desk lady was very kind and helped me replace the prongs when she heard that my charging cable was not working. I checked in early. It's also very close to popular check-in spots, snacks, and transportation are also very convenient. The front desk lady also enthusiastically recommended hot pot restaurants and various snacks that are popular among locals. Next time I come to Chongqing, I will still choose Yolo 🥳
