近幾年住過最差的全季，服務一般頭一天晚上要一個充電器第二天退房也沒送到，房間面積小，淋浴間小且溢水，房間內的各種布草破洞陳舊 給人體驗感非常不好臟臟的，辦入住時前台幾乎零交流一直引導添加酒店會員，不詢問客人是否有其他需要，
建議加強員工培訓，排的房間是靠馬路的非常吵不隔音

酒店位於丁字路口，兩面臨街，白天車流較大，晚上車流如織，鳴笛聲此起彼伏，窗户毫無隔音效果，夜間如同睡在車流中，輾轉難眠，心煩意燥。另外，門的隔音效果如同報紙，樓道里的聲音猶如在耳邊迴響！電視機也是無法聯網……前台人員也是很刻薄，不是在他們會主動延時至14:00的平台訂房，所以他們會在12點關掉房卡！攜程訂房被歧視了一下（因為房間太吵，所以找他們換房了，結果從一間很吵的房間換了一間更吵的房間，當時着急出去玩，沒注意）
