房間挺寬敞明亮的採光好，環境挺乾淨，那浴巾還是包裝好的感覺很放心用，電腦配置還行，前台也挺可愛温柔態度很好，後面有機會去黔江還會選擇這家店

我是17號開的房，18號續房，18號晚上6點退房，我不知道前台在幹嘛，不退，給我留到今天，也不打電話問要不要續房，我人也沒在那裡睡，一晚上房錢我出得起，但是每天到底要不要續房，就算沒人在那裡，前台是不是該給留訊息的人打電話問問，更何況我還是平台定的，登記留的我老公的，定的是我名字，電話都有，就是不問，強制性的續房呀？今天5月20號，我老公再去開房，説是沒退房，但心裡不安逸的是你們前台每天要不要續房是不是不經過我們本人同意？
