五一入住，原本兩點入住，結果不讓入住以房間未打掃為由，不給辦理入住，幾次溝通無效，一直到下午三點才給房卡，酒店也不做任何補償解釋

酒店環境還是不錯的，送了歡迎水果。但是景區真的，太落寞了，根本沒玩的。都荒廢了。温泉也停了，去年暑假在峨眉晚上都有温泉，可是這現在就停了。睡了一晚，隨便走了走。景區啥樣子，看嘛。

房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境舒適，服務很好，第一天到有送牛奶和水果，餐廳服務員態度也很好，酒店位於景區內，離景區很近。

床單枕頭下面遮着的地方有血跡，這種還在用衞生堪憂，然後房間智能屏在床枕頭位置，關閉不了屏幕網上一直在頭頂亮着，設計很垃圾。入住服務很拉垮，下午三點還沒有打掃完衞生，一直不讓辦理入住。

給景區提個小小意見，水上項目延長開放時間，結束得太早了，觀光車收車也很早，晚上活動相對匱乏很多。希望淡季再來，各方面會更好
