這家店整體還不錯，符合預期。位置挺好找的，周邊有便利店和小餐館，出行、吃飯都還算方便。設施都比較齊全，熱水供應很足，洗澡很方便。前台小姐姐十一服務態度挺好的，辦理入住和退房都挺順利。房間沒什麼大問題，性價比還可以。

我第一次來重慶，在網上訂了這家酒店，價格非常實惠，住着也挺舒適，管家錢多多服務不得不説 真的太周到了，她人特別的好！！住在這裏出行非常的方便，樓下就是輕軌站和車站。距離解放碑也特別的近。我很喜歡這裏下次來重慶還住他家酒店！

環境很好 價格很友好 地理位置方便 離地鐵站超近 離李子壩也近（一站地鐵） 前台管家小A回訊息快 耐心 衞生間很大！乾濕分離 熱水充足 花灑水量也比較大 特別要説的這個床墊比較硬 住的別的好多酒店床都特別軟特別熱好難受 這家就很符合人體工學了！窗户也很大 寬敞明亮 收拾的也乾淨 一次性用具齊全 特別推薦！

各種主題房，但是環境很一般，燈光很昏暗，衞生設施不齊全，水温很不好調，浴巾毛巾很廉價，很不適合出行酒店使用
