"This historic and elegant residence is located just outside Chiusi, right off the highway. Convenient parking is well-shaded by a long row of trees. The property immediately reveals its beauty and meticulous attention to detail, maintaining the authentic interiors. The rooms are large and well-soundproofed, and the surrounding park leaves a truly refreshing and relaxing feeling. A medium-sized swimming pool is accessible behind the villa via some external stairs. We dined "in the taverna," which, in terms of the quality of the food, left us extremely satisfied. The wine selection is extensive. What was a bit disappointing, however, was the limited variety at breakfast: a hotel of this type can't possibly have such a limited selection, especially considering the layout of the breakfast, which is in one of the hotel's most beautiful rooms."

"We stopped in this hotel to break the trip to the south. Hotels just a few meters from the exit of the motorway, very comfortable, wide and clean room and wide breakfast. What to say, certainly to consider for a stop ☺️"

"We were blown away with the beauty of this place - the grounds gardens and pool are beautiful and it all feels very intimate & special. What sets the hotel aside though is the service. Sergio met us and he couldn’t do enough for us - showing us round, offering a relaxed complimentary drink and booking us wine tastings in the area . Katia was also equally amazing and took ghee time to make suggestions and recommendations for dinner and places to visit . The breakfast was excellent The only slight disappointment was the dinner - I’d say the portions were tiny, the food not that great and very over priced . We had dinner on the first night and I think they need to look at food.. however we had an outstanding v pizza at the Jamaica bar on the road which was packed with locals.. very casual but delicious and efficient . We also ate (Katie’s recommendation) at Peche Dor at lake Chiusi which was excellent and again busy with locals . Will definitely return to this hotel"

"Raphael and Donatello could not have been more gracious hosts. The rooms are beautiful and make you feel at home. The grounds are magnificent. You walk around and you just can’t believe the beauty. You feel like that you just got placed in a Hallmark movie setting. The breakfast is amazing. We felt like we had just visited relatives and stayed for the week. It was so hard to say goodbye to them and their beautiful villa. The location could not have been more perfect… right in the middle of this beautiful Italian town. I can’t wait to come back."

"The property is conveniently located at the highway exit, just 100 meters from a convenient supermarket. With ample parking, the hotel has a vintage, 1970s-style decor, featuring a charming Vespa-themed pub and an elegant restaurant with a couple of cars in the dining room. Excellent dinner in an exclusive setting. The room is basic but clean with a comfortable bed. Fair prices. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only flaw is the complete lack of soundproofing, meaning any noise, from the most annoying to the slightest, is inevitably noticeable. This affects the quality of sleep, which remains very poor."

"Very nice B and B and close to chiusi which is a quaint little town. Also about a 20-30 min drive from other towns and wineries. Hosts were wonderful. Comfortable rooms and the pool is nice to have after a day in the car. Beautiful setting and loved the chickens!"
