"Not opening hotel gate at night, whereas our train reached at 2:30 am in the night and are booking is already started from previous day and during 2 days stay, they never changed water also in room and there is no phone and tv in the room while they mention in the amenities section, overall very bad experience, no lift and they gave room on 2 nd floor."
