"Stay away. The apartment itself has mold, the hot water had a yellowish brown color (so only cold showers), the front door was difficult to lock and would jam. We booked on a Tuesday and wanted to leave the Thursday (our original reservation was for Saturday). The staff openly lied about the refund process at first, saying you had to speak with *******. I called ******* and they said the Hotel would be in charge of the refund. The hotel manager would not discuss refunding a portion of our fee. The location is not walkable as the building is situated on an island highway with no sidewalks. The apartment is not worth the low price of admission. We ended up leaving early and ate the lost cash."

"Beautifully located near the sea. Easy access to Karfas beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to small center of Karfas, which you can enjoy dinner and walk back to your hotel. Breakfast was average. Rooms are large but require renovation."

The owner, Mr Panagiotis and his family made us feel totally welcome from the get go! The apartment was cosy, clean and airy with a distinct homey feeling! We will definitely come back first chance we get to explore parts of the island that time did not allow for this time! Definitely recommended, especially for families!!!"

"We made a reservation for 2 rooms under the same details and names. I have twin children ( age 4 ). I requested on the same floor or next to each other. No one provided this significant request to us. We were disappointed. It has to be the same floor or next to eah other. Moreover, the wifii connections is terrible. All the time, we were dsconnected."

"Wonderful hotel in Kampos, in the premises of an old mansion (Riziko) perfectly preserved and renovated. Magnificent orchard with various citrus trees around the yard with the cistern and the well with the traditional maggano; perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. Easy access from the main roads (GPS helps). Excellent, spacious, comfortable air-conditioned rooms, great ambience. Small fridge, espresso machine, electric kettle. Big bathroom. Everything impeccably clean. Very nice breakfast. We especially enjoyed the home made tangerine and rose petals marmalades. Free parking space in the premises; free wi-fi (good speed) The owner of the hotel, Manolis Neos, is the kindest, most hospitable person, who knows everything about the history of the island and eagerly offers tips for places to visit, restaurants, activities you may enjoy and everything. Anda as well, always present, kind and caring. We sincerely thank them both. We hope we will be able to come again in the future. It's worth the price. We definitely recommend it."

"I stayed the night before to watch the rocket war. It is also close to the church and is in an easy-to-understand location. I wanted to extend my stay, but I was disappointed that there was no room on the site. The restaurant was not open, probably because it was not summer. The calm owner family atmosphere was warm and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. There is a restaurant nearby. The sea is close and the facilities and space are comfortable and the cospa is good."

"Everything was perfect, comfortable and clean. There is a completely equipped kitchenette. The rooms are properly climatised, you sleep like a baby. The owner and his family were extremely helpful and friendly understanding also Turkish. The location is very easy to reach. There is a beach at 50 mt, shower, changing cabines included (don't forget your aqua shoes). You don't have to hassle to hire a car. You just ask the owner, hoplà ! Everything's arranged. There is a supermarket "Market-In" at 100 mt to the north, you find anything you need, especially cheese. Other small alternatives you have are two small food shops next to the hotel. This is like a summer house. I wish I stayed longer, to drain the brain and body :)"
