Had a fantastic stay at CitizenM! The room was stylish, super clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. Perfect location too.  Would definitely stay again!

Ipad inside the room does not functioning.

The room is very small, even smaller than the average business hotel, but the overall decoration and facilities are very new. I don't like to book those century-old hotels abroad. And the location is great. Trump Tower is right outside the door. It's very convenient.

A gorgeous hotel, I especially recommend taking a room with a view of the riverwalk. Light, air conditioning, curtains are controlled from an iPad, a smart home system, almost familiar to many if you are from Russia. The only thing missing is voice control 😅

In the hotel room, iPads are used to control the lights, curtains and TV. It is full of technology and the location is also very good.

In the hotel in 2022, check-in and check-out are self-service, the room is small but very new, the pad controls the room equipment, the location is in the city center, and the price is basically satisfactory.
