"Giving you one point is too much! First of all, our family traveled more than 600 kilometers to come to you, and we didn't feel the warmth of the hotel that cost more than 1,000 yuan a night! The service staff was indifferent throughout the whole process😒! Second, after checking in that afternoon, the child was bitten in the room soon. How did the hotel do a good job of mosquito repellent? It's summer now, shouldn't it be taken seriously? 3⃣️It's a room hygiene problem. I specially booked a room with a hot spring bath, and then I saw the scene of the bathtub full of dirt! (Photo attached later) Fourth, dinner was eaten in this hotel for convenience, but the result was disappointing! Two of the three dishes ordered were not edible at all! The radish beef brisket and steamed pork ribs were not cooked at all, and the pork ribs were basically minced, which caused my child to not eat instant noodles for dinner in the room! Then I immediately complained to the platform, and then the hotel just brought mosquito repellent and nothing else! From this, it can be seen that your hotel is completely a one-time deal... If it goes on like this, it will no longer exist!"
