Great location, not far away from the old city and a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room is not as spacious as those in remote areas, but service is terrific.

Nice place. Strange policy of only cash or credit card, very strange no scan but apart from that ok.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the younger lady at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

One of the overestimated hotels ,we came at the peak season . We are willing to pay at hkd6000 per night for 6 nights But room is small Bathroom is very small We wanted to extend one more night but the price is double charged Hkd12000 for another night . We prefer choosing another 5star hotel instead There are many good hotel in Chiang Mai, not only this one Really overestimated hotel.

The resort is clean, very beautiful atmosphere with historical architecture sets by ping river and around 5mins walk to Anusarn Market. It’s a good size resort with decent facilities you need: pool, gym & spa. Staffs are helpful when my room door can’t be locked & can’t be repaired in time, they quickly helped us moved to another room. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The downside during my stay was: the resort is a bit old need to upgrade or renovate. Some towels are old. There was a big group of tourists banging the door very hard, talked loudly and shouted in the hallway, balcony & restaurant like there’s no other guests in the resort .….. it was disturbing. I expect the Anantara resort is high quality and not for group tours.

The resort is close to Anusarn Market, very convenient. Breakfast has many options, staffs are nice👍🏼 They also provide wonderful spa!!

This is an amazing resort! The rooms are charming, unique, and really feel like home rather than a sterile hotel environment. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They were willing to call me a car, help me with cash, and always greeted me with a smile. I also really appreciate that there are air purifiers in each room.

Very beautiful hotel with a very long history. The hotel restaurant was built in 1921 as the British Consulate and has been preserved until now. After checking in, we upgraded to the same river view suite as Andy Lau in "The Disciples". The room was very large. 20 years later, it is still exactly the same as the movie stills. The hotel spa is also very comfortable. The swimming pool is also very beautiful. There are few people in the morning and the pool is exclusive. Due to the external construction, the noise can also be heard in the room. After feedback, the front desk service brother BJ immediately compensated and gave us lunch. Knowing that our flight was delayed, he delayed our check-out time to 5 pm and arranged a hotel car to take us to the airport. I like Brother BJ. The service is very thoughtful. There is Chinese service. All service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. A comfortable stay experience.
