This little gem is 5 stars all the way! The interiors are open and airy. The bed is comfortable. The linens crisp and impeccably maintained. The bathroom is modern with a rainfall showerhead. The staff are charming and extremely helpful. This is by far one of the best properties that I have stayed lt in Chiang Mai.

Location not on street n not close old city driving maybe2-3 km . So don bring big luggage walk ..n seldom see taxi or tuktuk cos it kind resident area.but the price will make u feel more than enuff...the room even hv mini sofa .small barcony space and bathroom is nice n aircon is cold ..own car park .staff all friendly and hv lift .so overall ..if visit Chiang Mai for rest few day ..I book 1000baht-with 2 breakfast -.so here is gd choice value and worth to stay..

The room is very spacious and not far from Mae Kha Canal.

I came to Chiang Mai in the off-season. The price was very low. The cost performance was very good. The aunt cleaned every day. The front desk service was very good. The room was also quite large. There was a dry and wet separation. There was a simple breakfast. It was also close to the ancient city.

The accommodation opens for check-in very late. But we went later than that. Call the staff to discuss how we can check in. She found a way to help. She was very impressed. She seemed to have a very high service mind. Overall, the hotel looked like it had a lot of parking. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning was cool. We stayed on the top floor and the water was still strong. We considered it passable. Next time will go to use the service again.

The hotel service staff are enthusiastic and sincere, the environment and transportation are convenient, and the rooms are simple and practical.

The bed is soft, well decorated, reserved 2 rooms, one room has a musty smell, smells of pipes, the water is okay.

The room is clean, complete with amenities. The breakfast is good, delicious, and there are things for the children to eat as well. The rooms are spacious, good for family stays.

The hotel's breakfast is not bad. I thought it was self-service, but in fact, it has been prepared one by one. It is delicious and Western-style breakfast
