The room is very satisfactory, the environment is elegant, and the decoration is high-end, which is the type I like. The parent-child room I booked was immediately upgraded to a suite because of defects. The suite is very large, very suitable for a few families to go out and eat and drink on the outdoor terrace at night, and chat about life. Hahahaha. My friend's son's birthday, contacted the hotel sales in advance and was very enthusiastic. He made a small decoration according to my wishes, and my friend's son was very happy. The hotel lobby environment is also very comfortable, and it is very comfortable to rest. The breakfast is also very good, rich and varied. I will choose Kapok as a resort hotel in the future.

I had a wonderful stay with my spouse at Langbo Hotel Chengdu. The staff upgraded my room with a beautiful view of Tai Ko Li which made my stay even more special. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Location is superb. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Very nice layout of room with lovely design and excellent comfort. Customer service in the hotel can be improved; doormen can be more proactive in directing didi cars into the hotel driveway and assisting with luggages and concierge can be more responsive to reply to emails from upcoming staying hotels asking for assistance to book restaurant reservations.
