Somerset Hotels in Chengdu

Ac didn’t make room cold past 24 degrees. Got another room but same issue. Ended up getting a fan that helped a little but still not that great… Amenities in room ok. Receptionists are very nice. Gave us extra water which was helpful. Pool and gym are nice. Great location. Nearby lots of stuff and river walk is nice.

As someone who spends most of their travel time at hotels, I've visited many cities across the country, and Chengdu left the best impression. A significant part of that positive experience I attribute to this accommodation. First off, this hotel is incredibly pet-friendly – and it's not just a gimmick! Every aspect is well thought out. The lobby on the first floor has a pet supply station, and the room setup is very accommodating for pets, with no dangerous sharp edges or corners. Next, the staff. Please, hotel management, give a special shout-out to your cleaning staff! They are incredibly efficient, meticulous in their cleaning, and have wonderful attitudes. The front desk team is equally excellent; no matter the time, they are always responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. The surrounding area also features pet-friendly parks, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. All in all, the hotel is fantastic. What's more, the nearby restaurants and cafes are excellent and offer great value for money, making them highly recommendable. This stay has made me love Chengdu even more!
