A Truly Exceptional 9-Day Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu We recently spent 9 days and 8 nights at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service at the Club Lounge was outstanding—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. Jacey, Jasmine, Cathy, Ricky, and Ann truly made our stay memorable. They not only greeted us by name but also remembered our usual preferences, making each visit to the lounge feel special and welcoming. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out every single day. We also want to highlight the efficiency of the room service reception and room service team, who were consistently swift and responsive in attending to our requests. Whether it was a simple need or a last-minute call, the service was prompt and courteous every time. A big thank you as well to the concierge team for handling our transport needs so smoothly. Special thanks to Evan, who went above and beyond to help us secure entrance tickets to the Panda Research Base when we had trouble booking it ourselves. There were many other team members who contributed to making our stay comfortable—even though we didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, we sincerely appreciate their dedication.
