The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Chengdu

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to find a plate of fruit waiting for us when we arrived, and the daily replacement of water bottles was much appreciated. The location was convenient, with a few restaurants nearby and a metro station close by. We didn’t use the metro since we mostly got around using Didi, but it’s nice to have that option available. The only issue we had was with the toilet, which didn’t flush properly, but it wasn’t a big deal overall. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The sanitation is quite clean. The room is warm, spacious and large. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything (highly recommended) The maids in the guest room are also very kind, The front desk girl is also very enthusiastic, Manager Xiao Wu is very understanding of the requirements, the communication is very pleasant, and the problem is solved very quickly. (The communication is smooth, this really touched me) The price of my room is also very affordable, and the price is really cost-effective! A comfortable and pleasant stay experience

The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. Toilet shower better have door so when showering water won't wet the floor and washing basing can be bigger more better. Laundry no Aircon Abit hot .carpet for my room see a bit dirty. Besides that all is very perfect.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The front desk Tina and Lena gave me very detail service and upgraded my room with no extra charge. The room was very clean. They provided detail service. Highly recommend you try them out. I gave a five stars!

JW Marriott Chengdu hotel has exceeded our expectations. The Executive Club Lounge was a relaxing, welcoming space with polite and hard-working staff. We found the hotel’s central location ideal for exploring Chengdu. We ordered room service on the first night. The Dan Dan noodles with minced pork and vegetables, as well as the fried rice were exceptional. We love the overall service persons especially the concierge staff who helped us booked for taxis quickly and took care of the directions. Highly recommended for any foreign visitors

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

Excellent service all throughout the hotel stay from check in to butler service to Yan Ting restaurant service to check out. Big rooms with high ceilings and excellent layout. Best shower with huge shower rooms and multi shower bar as well as a good sized tub. Smart toilet even better than the ones in Japan. Yan Ting, their Chinese restaurant, serves the best Peking duck and dimsum. Breakfast buffet is so-so, and doesn't change daily. Make sure though to get the dan dan mien, snow fungus, soy bean curd etc local delicacies. Gym has top of the line machines and even has full Pilates equipment! Sauna and steam room also excellent. Didn't get the chance to try the two indoor and outdoor pools as we didn't bring swimsuits but they look big and clean as well. Will definitely return if we next visit Chengdu.
