The front desk arranged a room that I absolutely loved. It had great natural light and overlooked Taikoo Li. When checking in, the front desk clearly explained all the important details. They thoughtfully combined our complimentary breakfast vouchers into one day, so our whole family could enjoy a free breakfast. They even proactively waived the breakfast fee for my child who was just over 1.2 meters tall. Every little detail was handled with such care and consideration by the front desk.
