The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, and the shower's rainhead had stable water pressure. All the facilities were great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and handled check-in and check-out efficiently. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Traveling with family, this hotel is super convenient. It's close to everything! Tianfu Square is right downstairs, Chunxi Road is to the right, and Kuanzhai Alley and other attractions are all nearby. The environment is also very good. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The room was quite spacious, and the overall layout felt very warm and comfortable. The toilet and shower area were completely separate, and the toilet was electric. The hotel is right next to an overpass, so it was a bit noisy with the window open, but you could barely hear anything when it was closed. The breakfast had a good variety, with freshly ground coffee, noodles, and *chaoshou* (wontons). Yesterday, it was drizzling with no wind, so it felt a bit stuffy without the air conditioning, but with it on, the duvet felt a bit thin. The hallway carpet was too thick, making it impossible to drag luggage. Overall, it was pretty good, and I plan to stay here again when I return from western Sichuan.

Last year, I stayed here with my child when we visited Sanxingdui. We booked a king room, and the location was excellent. So, on this trip, driving to Jiuzhaigou, I booked here again. This time, I got a twin-bed family room. The room was quite spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit slow to cool down. When I called the front desk, the staff were incredibly helpful. They found two rooms for me to check the A/C, ready to switch my room if needed. Kuanzhai Alley is just a few minutes' walk away, and Tonghuimen subway station is right next to the hotel. There's a Pizza Hut at the entrance. It looks like there used to be a shopping street there, but it's now a bit run down. However, this actually made our stay quieter, and we slept really well. Chunxi Road and People's Park are just 1-2 subway stops away, and when you get off, there are noticeably fewer people, so it's not crowded at all – perfect for a family trip! Both my husband and child loved it here. We'll definitely stay again on our next holiday.

The room was clean, and they were quick to replace any faulty equipment. Their response time was excellent. When the hairdryer in my room wasn't working, I informed the front desk and within 5 minutes, a robot delivered a new one. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with both Chinese and Western options, and a very extensive selection of dishes.

First off, it's a 15-minute bike ride to the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li area, which isn't too far. Secondly, it's conveniently located right next to Sunshine New World Plaza, making it easy to find. Being adjacent to a residential area, you really get a feel for the local street life. What's more, the hotel service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food. From the higher floors, the night view is stunning, especially the beautiful lights of the Jiudaqiao Bridge. Finally, around the hotel, there are fantastic local eateries like Wan Tai, hot pot places, pig liver noodles, 'chuan chuan' skewers, and dessert shops – all serving delicious food. Plus, there are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, making it incredibly convenient!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the rooms are bright and airy, spotlessly clean with lovely big showers and the decor is very nice. They even have complimentary early grey tea in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even helped me out with my phone when the Chinese SIM I had bought wasn’t working properly, they really went above and beyond to help us. It’s a great location as it is close to the shrine and Jinli street, but it is also quiet too. The underground station is just around the corner so it’s easy to get about. There is also a great little place right next door where you can get good skewers and a beer in the evening.
