JOYA Properties in Chengdu

I used to always book five-star hotels, but I rarely ever used facilities like the swimming pool or massage services. This time, I booked the Xiyue Hotel in Chengdu's Taikoo Li, and the experience was simply incredible. It's right next to Taikoo Li, and Chunxi Road is just a three-minute walk away – so convenient! Every night, I was overlooking Chengdu's most bustling area. Stepping out and turning right, there were highly-rated Sichuan restaurants and hotpot places everywhere. What's more, from the front desk to the staff on the first floor, everyone had a wonderful attitude. Every time I returned to the hotel, I was greeted like I was coming home, and they even delivered a late-night snack every evening. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I found the hotel to be very clean. Because I hurt my back this time, the front desk immediately arranged for staff to help me set up a floor bed. I've stayed at the Chengdu Gaoxin Xiyue Hotel more than once, and each time has been an excellent experience. The hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and check-in is efficient with no waiting. The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom facilities are complete, and there's plenty of hot water. The environment and hygiene are meticulously maintained, and the soundproofing is great, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, with thoughtful service and attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. Five-star recommendation to everyone! 👍
