感謝酒店，服務特別好。早上趕飛機提供及時叫醒服務，安排司機免費送到機場。關鍵是我走的急，有個箱子落在車上了，聯繫前台後，前台及時找到了物品，並還提供了郵寄服務，實在太感謝了！

論裝修，風格，服務以及其他這家的設施還是不錯的。
1.照片都是實景，實際住起來的話，房間還是挺大的，沒事在房間裏散散步也是問題不大的。
2.健身房還是很好用的，設施很新。基本操作無障礙。
3.燈控和窗簾開關高度都很合適，除了手動控制以外，還可以使用智能設備控制，非常方便。適當的燈光以及夜燈的存在可以有效保障夜間如廁等活動的安全。
4.有接機服務，每次接機都是一如既往準時，基本上沒有多餘等待，司機的服務也是ok，送機的話前台也有幫忙照顧。
5.公共區域的所有設備都可以滿足使用，有非常便利的操作條件。
6.早餐廳有不錯的早餐，感覺吃起來還是ok的，種類也非常豐富。
7.前台人員服務非常專業熱情，點名表揚前台小鄭，因為我的衣服被劃破了，本來衹想借個針線包的，小鄭特意幫我做了修補，也很美觀。
所以，這家店的優秀是毋庸置疑的。人家桔子的店長也有理由説的，我帶的是什麼隊？我帶的銀河護衞隊啊！中國酒店現在什麼水平？就這麼幾個品牌，你桔子什麼的就是有這個能力。再下去的話，要贏隔壁贏美居了，贏了美居再贏花間堂最後再贏宋品，接下來沒人贏了。
住過這麼多酒店，感覺很多品牌都沒有打好基礎，幾乎沒有一家能跟我保證在我關鍵的出差或者旅遊能做好完美的服務。所以其實也覺得酒店行業應該有一定的思考，我把自己酒店管理的這個理念先搞懂。
當然還有一點對這家酒店的建議，小鄭帶得蠻好的，不考慮給她升職加薪什麼的嗎？你告訴我。
到時候萬一這樣的人才被挖到友商，你倒告訴我怎麼解釋？

桔子的標準裝修，設施配置和服務能力。這家的設施略差一點。
1. 照片都是實景，但要注意可以看到照片是小光圈變形的，照片看上去房間挺大，實際現場很小，面積類似經濟型7天，比全季都小。
2. 健身房在2層，但實際沒有窗户，照片上拍到的是一面燈光背景牆。
3 燈控窗簾控等都在床頭，很大一排，恰好在枕頭位置高度，因此晚上全關後，床頭有很多開關發光點，睡眠環境沒有全黑。下圖1是佈局照片，圖2是晚上關燈後的效果。
4 有接機服務，這次出現了客人提前5小時與前台聯繫登記接機，實際沒安排，等客人下飛機後再次聯繫，臨時從酒店派車來接。耽誤時間。司機聯繫客人時，衹説讓在幾號門等，説車到了電話聯繫。司機如果能主動説明車輛是什麼車型，顏色，外觀噴塗桔子接機字樣等，會服務效果更好，不能默認客人都知道以上車輛特徵。前台明知在接機安排上有失誤，應主動道歉緩和安撫，而不是等客人提出後，用一句我已經和前班講過了就輕輕飄過，有搪塞的主觀印象。
5 跑步機操作不直觀，客人和工作人員累積摸索了20多分鐘，後來我搞懂了，這個跑步機必須在坡度為0時，等中間按鈕綠色閃爍時，才能啟動。建議有醒目的操作説明貼在現場。
6 橢圓機是低配款，用起來腳感彆扭。
7 早餐廳小
這家桔子總體偏向經濟型。
