很遺憾 這應該是最後一次住這家酒店了 這些年前後住了十來次貴酒店 自從去年24年8月入住開始 明顯感覺服務降了很多 完全沒有服務了。這次體驗很差！！！首先訂房備註了需要安靜 然後安排了一間房間對面在裝修 酒店服務員意思關窗就好了！這算哪門子的解決方案？最後換了房間安靜了.其次因為連住 第二天中午聯繫服務中心和前台要求打掃房間 電話一直無人接聽 下午一點半特地到前台説需要打掃 兩小時後回來。結果房間沒有被打掃 致電服務中心説太忙 沒有輪到打掃我房間。然後經理來了説因為我按了請勿打擾所以沒來打掃。我真的是無語。最後最後來了兩位領導 送了小禮品 態度很真誠的致歉了。我接受道歉了。 但是貴酒店不在我下次下榻選擇範圍內了 也不會再自豪的推薦給朋友客户入住了！感覺從去年開始領導班子換了 這服務一落千丈 幾乎沒培訓的感覺。藍海真的沒落了
