2nd time booking the hotel coz it’s near the high speed rail station. We back from jiu zhai gou late and just wanted a place to rest before moving on. Greatest advantage was that there is washer and dryer machine. So we can laundry our clothes for the next few days. We were tired and ordered food in. If you don’t know how to do it. Just ask the reception to help. Food delivered right to the room, usually within 1/2 hour. Room Is clean bed is firm. Breakfast China type of food. But good enough. Overall pleasant!

I had a delightful stay at the Vienna Hotel (East Railway Station & Sichuan Normal University Branch). From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was very kind and accommodating. He upgraded my room and offered a late check-in facility, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast and a beautiful little gift upon arrival, making our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to a wonderful experience overall.

As soon as I checked into the room, a maintenance worker knocked on the door to repair the light. I was busy and didn't answer in time, so the maintenance worker had to swipe his card to come in. Fortunately, it was locked. The staff didn't inform me of this in advance, and no staff brought the maintenance worker. The worker came with the room card himself. The room I was assigned at the beginning was close to the elevator and the road. I asked to change the room. When the front desk agreed and I went downstairs to the lobby to change the room, I was told that all the corresponding room types were facing the street, haha. The curtains in the room broke once. This is a really cost-effective hotel. The bedding in the room is so comfortable that you can tell whether it is good or not once you sleep on it. We live on a high floor and can just see the night view in the distance at night. There is traffic downstairs, but the outer window glass of the room should be soundproofed for double beds, so it won't be noisy if it is closed. The best thing is the service butler. Whether it is helping me communicate and coordinate some needs during the stay or handling the items left behind after check-out, they are very serious and responsible, which is worth a thumbs up.
