Recommended for foreigners! The room is so nice and clean. So comfortable! Very close to the metro around 200m (People park's station) and you can cross the road to KuanZhai. The owner also recommended us a lot of place to go. But the wall is a little bit thin, you can hear the sounds from the room next to you ( Mine was around 3 AM hearing the room next to me cheering ball).

Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

The building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Was a little hard to find but the Room was great with an amazing view

We were transferred from Chengdu to Daocheng Yading for sightseeing. We didn't contact the landlord after booking the room. As soon as we turned on our phone after the plane landed, we received a call from the landlord. She took the initiative to add WeChat, sent the location, and told us how to get to the room from Tianfu Airport. It was very considerate. Thank you, landlord! The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities, and it is very close to Kuanzhai Alley.

It is an apartment hotel with one bedroom and one living room, a small balcony and washing machine. The location is very good, just opposite the Kuanzhai Alley, the night view is very beautiful, the transportation is convenient, close to the subway station, the service is also very warm, the attitude is very good, I want to provide laundry detergent and basin, but the room facilities are a little old. The overall cost performance is high.

Very satisfied, a family of three came to Chengdu for tourism. On the first day, we chose a homestay in Chunxi Road, which was small and shabby... On the second day, we accidentally changed to this place, which is very close to Kuanzhai Alley and very centrally located. We are quite satisfied, the boss is enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. We changed rooms once in the middle, which is also quite good. We chose a two-bedroom and one-living room, which is very suitable for family travel~ The washing machine and kitchen hot water are good, and it is also relatively clean. You can also see the night view outside the window. The transportation is also relatively convenient. I may choose this place next time.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is very clean and spacious. I booked a two-bedroom suite for more than 100 yuan, which really exceeded my expectations. Apartment-style hotels with washing machines are ideal. There is a refrigerator and a kitchen, but I didn't use them. The environment and location are good. Downstairs is Kuanzhai Alley. It's a ten-minute walk to the subway station. You can go to the East Station and Chadianzi Bus Station, which is convenient for travel. The service is warm and patient. I have to answer any questions. Because of some reasons, I need to change rooms, and I have to respond. The facilities are good and the small items are basically complete. The price is affordable. It is worth returning to Chengdu.
