房間內無便攜充電器，早上6點手機沒電關機，下去吧枱借充電器吧枱説沒有，讓掃充電寶，我説手機沒電幫我掃一個充電寶，退房時付費，兩名吧員都説不行，不幫忙掃，我又到16樓拿手機在吧枱充了5分鐘掃了個充電寶，酒店前台服務冷漠，以後不考慮入住。
