地理位置好，距離成都東站比較近，入住這裏酒店的大多是為方便做火車的。
作為一個五鑽酒店，我覺得服務方面可以再提升一點，比如提前電話告知客人出站後怎麼走；比如詢問客人到店時間，如果到店晚的多半是想要第二天多睡一下，如果是第二天早起為了趕火車的就可以安排就近電梯口。房間隔音不是很好，這樣就可以避免早起的嘈雜聲打擾。

房間典雅大氣，各項物品ㄧ應俱全，服務人員及經理也很和善客氣。衛浴設備乾濕分離。唯一缺點亦是優點，離車站近晚上自然聽得到火車聲，酒店貼心附耳塞原因亦是如此。然後，早餐非常豐富好吃早餐非常豐富好吃早餐非常豐盛好吃。
特別須稱讚酒店經理，處理事件十分用心。酒店值得推薦。

Great value for money. Everything you need for an overnight stay just a few minutes from Chengdu East station on foot. Very comfortable rooms and great choice for breakfast. Juice would be a great addition.
