離熊貓基地很近，小區安靜，房間乾淨整潔，車庫充電方便，早上路邊小攤早餐豐富，關鍵晚上隨便吃了個社區食堂都很好吃，不錯

店主很好人，鼓勵大家去之前先聯絡店主，她會很貼心的。我地當時差不多零晨12:30才到飯店，她亦一直等我們成功CHECK IN才去睡~
地點上對於喜歡去成都熊貓基地的人也很好，只需步行十分鐘就到，不用俾一班劏客的司機劏。CALL車亦很方便。
而且店內的熊貓裝飾亦可以隨意租用作旅遊用途。
唯一不足的是不是座廁，對香港人很不習慣。
