環球中心最大的單體建築，壯觀的穹頂，這次帶家人一起體驗到了，管家Betty貼心的服務，提前為孩子們準備了游泳圈，水槍，和四川特色的小熊貓玩偶，有訊息都是秒回，服務及時，每天問候入住體驗，在住期間幫我們節省了很多流程，房間乾淨整潔，陽台晾衣桿和小童衣架很方便便捷，孩子在海洋樂園也玩的很開心，玩水沖浪，不出酒店連續住了兩天，夏天帶孩子的好地方，下次再來

如果是商務出差，我並不建議選擇這裏！特別與暑假相逢……如果您是過來帶着孩子玩水，還是不錯的選擇！
商務出差，因為上次來感覺還挺好的。所以這次來成都就選擇了這裏。但此次出行吐槽點太多了。
1，我不知道是攜程與商家合作關係多麼差，還是平台訂酒店就是這樣，好幾次通過攜程訂酒店，最後酒店都會給你安排最邊緣，最角落的房間，百思不得其解所以在此提了一嘴。
2，酒店的早餐……如果酒店介意成本高，就不建議放水果了，25年8月2日的早餐，西瓜已經壞了，酒店應該引起重視。是因為生意太好忽略了服務嗎？早餐也沒有高檔酒店該有的豐富。並且真的不好吃。
其次早飯排隊，缺乏引導，進去後你就會看到太多人，端着食物找地方，東張西望，不知道的還以為尋寶藏呢？你要説服務人員少吧？還有那麼多滿滿當當的不知道是實習生還是暑假工。比客人還不知所措的東張西望。起不到任何作用，沒有崗前培訓？還是培訓的有點失敗！
3,客服值得表揚，雖然素未謀面，但感受到了您服務的熱情，原計劃出行一天就返回，但耽擱了進展就選擇了續住，客服第一時間打電話來詢問了選擇續住後有什麼需求及時反饋她們，及時與她們聯繫，還是很專業的。並且發短訊告知。
4,今天退房，前台人特別多，習慣了入駐前就會與酒店前台確認，我需要開票是前台開還是攜程開，前台告知我要在前台開，ok，我在耐心排隊的時候，一個員工開問我，我説退房，她説您交給後面穿白襯衫的男士就好，我説我要開票的，她説可以，放棄隊伍我就去找了他，他説可以退房，但是開票還要去前台。what？ok 我繼續去排隊吧，到底是誰不專業？
設施:還有的樣子，都有，但比較陳舊。
衞生：很一般，陽台上衣架的灰塵也沒人做。
服務：更一般吧。除了那個打電話的客服，其他人我好像也沒有欠他們錢。
Ok到此結束。也不會再來入駐的酒店say 拜拜。
