非常棒，從進門開始就感覺很温馨，大堂裝修得雅緻又大氣，等待辦理入住時還有賓客關係部Ella小姐姐送來熱茶，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。房間空間比想象中寬敞，採光特別好，智能馬桶和温控系統用着特別方便。最驚喜的是隔音，雖然臨街但完全聽不到噪音，晚上睡足了好覺。離店時Ella還特意詢問了入住體驗，特別注重客人感受。這樣的服務和環境，性價比真的超高，已經把它設為來這邊的首選啦！

酒店真的無可挑剔。位置好，周邊餐飲很多; 酒店設施使用都很舒適，衞生乾淨，保潔阿姨非常負責;其他無論是前台、餐飲，還是大堂工作人員、門僮，都非常親切熱情，都是主動熱情服務，特別是Terasa留下了深刻的印象; 早餐豐富，自助餐都很豐盛。非常不錯的住宿體驗

成都是我們這次蜜月旅行的城市之一，住了很多家的五星級酒店，這家酒店是本次旅行目前遇到體驗最好的。每天回到酒店，一下車就有Eddy 李博宇為我們開車門和提行李，然後因為這次買了很多東西，我們的小管家Rust 閔幫我們叫了順豐上門取件，還每天提醒我們天氣，再到辦理入住和延遲退房，前台的Lewana 李青青很耐心的幫我們辦理和連結我的會籍，最後因為我們是蜜月旅行，賓客關係部Daisy特意為我們畫了賀卡，準備了美味的小蛋糕，特別好吃。總的來説這次真的無可挑剔，完美的蜜月體驗，環境，衞生，服務，餐飲，下午茶都特別的完美。感謝遇到的每一位酒店人員！祝福大家！也祝願酒店越來越好！
