地理位置優越，離太古裏和IFS很近，步行5分鐘內即可到達。但同時鬧中取靜，部分房型可以直接看到IFS的熊貓，適合來成都的遊客居住，推薦！

A very good hotel in Chengdu. The location is good to go everywhere in Chengdu city and near famous place Taiguli and Chunxilu. The service of hotel is also very good.

Great experience at the Grand Hyatt. Staff was very helpful and professional throughout our stay. The room was very luxurious and clean, with high quality bedding. The location is fantastic, with an abundance of restaurants and shopping areas just outside the doorstep, while the subway is only a block away. Wish we could've stayed longer!

酒店偏商務，宣傳上的油畫藝術非常喜歡，有設計感！酒店位置非常好，就在太古裏和春熙路！朋友的房間是普通大床房，面積偏小一點，我去的晚，給我免費升級了套房！套房絕對推薦，非常好👍16樓的8號火鍋非常不錯，是米其林和黑珍珠雙料餐廳！口味不錯！總體值得復購！

The staff initially offered me a room upgrade for an additional 300 yuan, and I accepted. However, after entering the room, I realized it was much larger than necessary since I was traveling alone, so I decided to cancel the upgrade — the staff was very understanding about it. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the walking street. There’s also a spa inside the hotel. It was quite crowded during check-in time, and it would be better if the staff helped manage the queue, as some guests were cutting in line while no staff seemed to notice or intervene.

酒店位置很棒，就在春熙路上，走到太古裏也就是幾分鐘的路程。
前台得服務不錯，但是衞生打掃潦草，開夜床服務基本不可能有，每天來一次，剩下靠客人自己。
房間空調很奇葩，不能自己控制，無論天多冷，還是你開了暖氣，吹出來的都是冷風。
網絡可以突然斷線，也是沒誰了。
床和枕頭還不錯，衞生間和洗手間不錯。
傢俱和裝飾方面比較簡約粗糙，

房間視野不錯，位置優越，可以看到IFS熊貓，酒店品牌經典，設計是比較老派，氛圍優雅大氣，但我總體評價不是很高…
先説許多人可能會介意的房屋內大量鏡子，雖然這是設計特點無可厚非，但我覺得還是略有高傲不顧消費者情緒了
再説居住感，洗漱衞生間三分離沒有那麼方便好用尤其是浴室的洗漱台，設定那麼多格子架拿取東西並沒有那麼方便，吹風機難用極了！水台吧也是也存在不合理性，燒水壺要單獨拿到浴室使用（另水杯裏水漬明顯），使用動線還需更人性化一些吧，再就是行李架，很窄，大尺寸箱子還是需要在地上攤開佔地，整體房屋居住上使用障礙很多，不夠舒適😂
再就是…賓客服務這一塊，在入住前一天電話聯繫住房需求時，上來就叫我先生……我糾正了覺得無妨，我名字確實男性化，可是退房後電話回訪，依舊上來就叫我先生，非常無語，糾正了以後也不願承認我是女士，説打錯了然後掛了…就…雖然但是，咱不要太先入為主吧…
總之，居住體驗一般，下次來成都不會考慮入住君悦。
