Good location, just around 5-min-walking from Metro station. Room is nice and clean. I love the hotel’s staffs so much because of their friendliness and support as well. Highly recommend to everyone!

I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately discovered bed bugs during my stay. I messaged the hotel privately , but their response was very disappointing. They said that based on the information I provided, they could not verify whether the problem originated from their property. They also mentioned that Chengdu has a lot of black mosquitoes, which felt irrelevant to the issue I raised.
The worst part is that I only realized how serious the problem was after I checked out, as the bites became more noticeable and severe. I expected the hotel to take responsibility and handle this matter professionally, but that did not happen.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their hygiene and pest control measures.

衞浴是三分離的這點很好，但是浴室的水會流到廁所就有點不好了😂
水池子上方燈直射水龍頭，洗水時反光厲害
裝修風格還是不錯的，但是wifi一般，並且電視投屏靠運氣
隔音一般，隔壁看新聞我全程聆聽👂
機器人可以送外賣，很好👍
