Only realized it is an ex-intercontinental property. Decor is oldish, but everything about it is tops. I booked a king room for the first night & a 2 bedroom for my 2nd & 3rd night when my parents arrive. Hotel offered to check me in to the 2bedroom straightaway to save me the trouble of having to move. The apartment though older, is well kept and clean. It is truly smoke free & no other weird smells. The kitchen area is very very clean. Room amenities included everything I will need & more. It is spacious and lots of wardrobe space. Master bedroom has a small walk in wardrobe. The front desk helped me with calls to other hotels for luggage arrangements(we are traveling to other parts of Sichuan) and coordinated my land transport in the other locations as well. All staff did it with their best effort and genuine smile. I unknowingly ordered food delivery with one of the staff’s mobile number (thinking it’s a work number), and a little robot sent it up. It was a fantastic stay for the 3 of us in the 2bedroom apartment, environment is great, location is amazing (less than 5mins walk to metro), service is outstanding, washer/dryer oven/ microwave, utensils, everything is there, different views of the surrounding buildings from the 2 rooms & living/ dining area are all there. Saw adult guests playing table tennis/ badminton, using the gym on the recreation floor too. Guessing they must be feeling at home as much as I did. Hope this review helps.

The hotel is strategically located, luxurious and atmospheric, the lobby is full of curiosity, and the restaurant decoration is very new. Employees are becoming more confident, especially Fivan at the front desk.
