房間衞生質量之差（如圖），前台這個男的服務也差，我就給他説了我用啥名字預訂的房間，説了第一次他沒查到，我又給他説了第二次，他還是沒有看到，態度還很差一直問我是啥名字，我都已經看到電腦上我們預訂的名字了，給他指，他語氣態度都很兇：你不要看我的電腦大聲吼我你就給我你用什麼名字定的”我都給他説了兩次了 旁邊的女生看不下去了才給我辦的，我們一行定了5個房間整體體驗都很差

房間乾淨整潔，特別是景色很好，拉開窗簾就可以看見山，因為是來看演唱會的，所以就專門選了能接送的酒店，難得自己開車了，方便快捷一點，空調效果特別好，也比較靜音，淋浴的水很大，總之就是物超所值！下次來龍泉一定還來住（特別表揚酒店的服務人員，服務很周到，非常客氣温柔）
