整體感覺還不錯，入住方便，也很好找，離東郊記憶也比較近。入住管家服務態度特別好，我們一共出行六人，三個大人三個小朋友，剛到的房間床有點小，空間也有點小，孩子活動不方便，和管家説了，很快的為我們換了一間房，還為我們介紹了周邊的好吃的。

The air conditioning was not functioning well, unable to cool the entire room, some of the lights not functioning as well, bathroom door was missing part of it which cause flooded and feel stuffy as there are no air ventilation inside.

The location is great, and a lot of food stall and shop nearby. Dongjiao Jiyi also within walking distance
The apartment has very great structure, with 2 bedrooms upstair and 1 double bed downstair
The view from the room is great, and on the other side there is a projector with TV box with many choice of movie or TV show free for watching.
Everything is good for families. The only disadvantage is the ceiling is low, may not be suitable for anyone taller than 180cm
