**Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended! You get what’s advertised!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a pleasant surprise, they upgraded my room to one with a spectacular view, which really made my stay special. The room itself exceeded my expectations - it was spotlessly clean with a modern design and amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I got great rest each night. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access local attractions. I was also impressed by the housekeeping service. The cleaning staff was not only thorough but also very friendly and accommodating whenever I encountered them in the hallways. What I particularly appreciated was the honesty in their marketing - the photos on their website are exactly what you get. No false advertising or disappointments upon arrival. The staff also secured our luggage in a storage as we had a several hours wait for the flight and used it for last day walks in Chengdu. The combination of excellent service, quality accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality really sets this place apart. It mentioned as city view but what we got is a fake window 🫣. This is an office building while some floors have hotels. Location is good has some foods in the area. Not that closed to metro need to walk around 800-900 meters

Service was responsive and fruitful. I stayed at level 12. Although I chose a non-smoking room, I can still smell it in my room. Cleaning staff was kind. But the cleaned floor is somehow sticky. Love the washroom most, for the smart toilet.

Very clean. Simple minimalist. Looks new and modern. Quite spacious. Convenient location. Friendly staffs and helpful. Lucky to get room in the same floor with laundry room, however didn’t understand how to operate the dryer…
