民宿離熊貓基地非常近，步行十分鐘左右能到達南門。床品比較乾淨且很暖和，房東在房間內放置了充足的物品可以自取使用，在線服務也非常及時，小區看起來是一個回遷房，民宿免費停車，樓下有早餐店，總體非常方便。帶長者孩子逛熊貓基地住這裏非常省事兒。房間比別的民宿略貴幾十塊錢，沒有比較過，下次還會考慮住這裏。
