設施齊全，裝修典雅，早餐豐富且時間長，洗衣服還可以免費熨燙送上門。服務規範熱情，本人衣服釦子掉了，前台小姐姐還幫忙穿針引線。寄存行李和收快遞都很方便，川西自駕游回來後繼續選擇住這家酒店。略顯不足之處是公共區域的空調效果不夠好。

The service was extremely poor. We requested a reservation in advance, but it was never made available at the front desk. The wait at the front desk was also extremely long. 孩子大了，出門要定三人間，可選範圍不大。這家酒店的親子房很棒，面積大，住得很寬鬆，小朋友很滿意。周邊吃飯很方便，有萬達和瑞利鵬廣場，兩個地方都有在北京要排隊8個小時的烤匠烤魚，太滿足了。酒店服務非常熱情，尤其是前台的經理小姐姐，人美心善，晚上空調一點聲音，家人休息不好，主動給解決方案，我們非常滿意！早餐一直提供到下午1:00，我們不起早，正好吃完早午飯就不用出門覓食了，感覺很方便。下午2:00以後還有免費提供午後御麪。酒店洗衣服務特別貼心，晚上讓阿姨來取，烘乾的早上8點就能回來，不能乾洗的11點左右也能回來，這種服務很適合成都悶熱的天氣。好評！

位置離出差單位很近，周邊吃飯非常方便，酒店設施很好，主打仿古中國風，房間很大，各項配套都可以，唯一可以改進的地方是洗澡淋浴房和過道沒有遮擋隔離，換衣服不方便。
早餐居然可以到下午，相當於可以算做午餐了，而且菜品也會及時更新，很好。
電梯廳準備了口罩，牙線，便攜式漱口水，非常周到。
很值得推薦。
