The room is a bit small but ok in overall. Just the blanket have cigarette smoking smell! Maybe it is because it is allowed to smoke inside. The sound insulation is not good, often hearing people chatting.

缺點：距離成都東車站步行超過10分鐘，拖著行李不好走，大樓老舊不易找！清潔姨仍在廚房煮食！衛生間及桌面不太潔淨！
優點：房子大，兩層樓，有三個套房及三個洗手間！

出差+遊玩就近成都東站找的一家民宿，我們訂得這套房間還不錯，佈置比較温馨乾淨，洗浴水及空調熱控都不錯。周邊飲食，出行也都很方便。如果不介意loft改造，帶來的一些小缺點，比方房間之間的隔音問題等（因我們入住時，基本入住的客人少，所以沒什麼影響）可以考慮。另外我們的管家服務也不錯，有求必應。總之，住的總體還是可以的。

訂的投影儀房間，結果第一天入住沒得投影儀，説是被上一個顧客弄壞了還在修，然後又拿了另一個房間的，開了看不到一個小時又壞了，沒得解決方法，也不想再用了。飲水機也是，第一天是好的，第二天才接半杯水，結果直接缺水，等了好久也沒得用，管理人員來也沒有搞好，臨中午退房了才去其他房間送來一口熱水。

這家民宿真是隱藏的寶藏，下次來還會再訂這家民宿，離高鐵站很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，出行便利，設施完備，乾淨舒適，裝修風格和其他民宿不一樣，舒適温馨，是我喜歡的類型。員工熱心友好，感受到了家的感覺。

接待的阿姨服務非常熱情，我們到的早，房間沒收拾出來給我們先放好行李，之後把行李又幫忙提到房間了，回來後直接進房間就可以了。還熱情的給我們説飲水機的使用，拿了一次性水杯，感覺像到家一樣。非常不錯的體驗，離東站非常近，步行10來分鐘，中轉或趕早班車不錯的一家民宿，房間乾淨衞生。帶兩個孩子入住，阿姨還幫忙鋪了一個小床在旁邊，非常不錯的入住體驗，下次趕早班車還繼續選擇這裏。
