老闆娘很熱情，房間很乾凈熊貓擺設超級可愛，配備一次性浴巾牙刷梳子等，洗衣機廚房設備都很齊全。離熊貓基地步行五分鐘就到了。老闆娘推薦樓下的燒烤味道很地道，廣州人第一次吃到那麼好吃的苕皮，贊贊。下次再來熊貓基地必選芸雅民宿。

房間打掃的很乾凈，體驗感超級棒，還備有免費的一次性洗漱用品，有一面牆做了樂高玩具，適合帶小朋友的，物超所值，住大熊貓附近空氣清新，真能味道青草的香味，第一次在外面住酒店沒有失眠，很安靜沒有車流聲，床品乾淨舒服，躺下去秒睡，點外賣還能送上樓，老闆很有耐心回覆問題也及時，簡直不要太舒服，推薦推薦值得推薦。

房間裝修的很可愛，衞生也乾淨，有2個卧室客廳也大，床超級舒服，設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機鍋具，有一次性洗漱用品都有，投影也不錯很清晰，還問房東要了連結，最關鍵的是離熊貓基地近，和熊貓花花做了一晚的鄰居，我的同伴小夥伴也喜歡，滿意滿意，下次還要來。

我住過這麼多民宿，這家是最乾淨的，一開門就驚艷到了，房間沒有異味，非常乾淨，裝修漂亮温馨可愛，床墊軟不硬超級舒服，還有一次性洗漱用品，房東服務也好，入住前會提前聯繫發送位置和線路圖，提醒一些避坑注意事項，停車方便位置很多，還能充電，有電梯上樓，很開心舒服的一次出行入住體驗，下次還會來這家。

衞生：房間衞生真的乾淨的沒挑剔
設施：備了一次性洗漱用品，浴巾洗臉毛巾刷牙用的杯子都是一次性的，用的很放心，洗衣機冰箱都有，2個卧室和客廳都有空調，還有鍋具挺齊全的。
服務：房東很貼心會提前聯繫發送入住指南，讓人很省心，房東推薦的炒菜館很不錯，味道鮮美
環境：房間位於熊貓基地隔壁，綠化多空氣清新，晚上睡覺一點也不吵，床品也舒服軟軟的，休息的很好
樓下外面那條街晚上還有賣燒烤的，超市也多，購物方便，總體都很滿意，已經推薦給朋友了
