I had a disappointing two-day stay here. The main issue was with the room assignment. I had booked a Deluxe Queen Room but was initially placed in a normal room with very poor wall finishing. When I complained they said no free rooms, after insisting on them they moved me to another room the next day, which still wasn't the deluxe room I booked. The most unacceptable part is that their non-refundable policy left me paying for a service I never received. I felt cheated and would not recommend this place to anyone. You don't get what you pay for.

Great location. Close to shops, banks, gym, metro and much more. Enjoy the river and park with lake. Supermarket in shopping mall has everything you need. Many places to eat. Very clean apartment. Large space with great views. Friendly and kind people working in building. Perfect for foreigner. In the morning I joined friendly locals for Tai Chi in the park and at night, dancing. Very social area. Spent three happy weeks walking by the river, meeting people, and travelling by metro to tourist attractions. Excellent for long stays. Make sure you have WeChat to contact owner before you arrive.

stayed here for one night, but I was really impressed. Even though the hotel is budget-friendly, the place is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and cozy.
Great value for the price — I didn’t expect much, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I’d stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

We are an extended family of 8, we stayed in two rooms. We have been travelling around china for the last two weeks and have had pleasant stays till we reached this hotel. It did not come stocked with tissue, toilet tissue or towels. When asked I was told the cleaning lady had left for the lady, and to collect these items myself from a trolley down the hall. There was zero room service or cleaning. One of the apartments had water leakage (pics attached) and therefore smelt like mold, it was intolerable, we had asked the owner to give us a new room but she refused. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The bathroom stank. The shower takes time to drain. Overall- would not recommend.

This is an Airbnb type of accommodation without kitchen facilities. It's in a very convenient location close to a subway station and a major shopping area. The room is massive and clean. The utilities are basic but a washing machine is very useful for a longer stay.
It would be good to have a couple of decent glasses or cups for an enjoyable drink.
Be noted guests need to contact the host to get access code for the accommodation. All check-in and check-out are virtual.
Overall it was a pleasant stay after navigated all the check-in procedures.

Very large room, great view, and very accommodating and flexible front desk. I was very badly injured on my trip, and they accommodated my specific needs when I needed to go to the hospital.
Cleaning services are very attentive as well. Room is maintained thoroughly and regularly, at conviennent times.
Great location. Good proximity to subway and food.
Overall fantastic.
