Great location! The hotel is directly connected to a huge mall, super convenient for shopping and food. Service was good and the staff were really friendly. The room was comfy and spacious, and I liked that they even had a pillow menu. The shampoo and hand soap smelled amazing and felt really premium. Overall, a really nice and relaxing stay!

這次住成都木棉花，前台Bella的服務真的讓人印象特別好。辦理入住時，她語速不快不慢，把房間設施、早餐時間説得清清楚楚，還特意提了句“您住的樓層靠近萬象城晚上挺安靜的，要是覺得有聲音隨時打前台電話”退房的時候我收拾東西急了點，把充電器落在了床頭櫃上，都走到門口了，Bella拿着充電器追出來，很感謝！全程沒什麼花哨的，但每處細節都透着實在和貼心，住得特別舒心，必須給滿分！

位置環境很好性價比很高的酒店，這個服務絕對滿分，不管早晚有什麼事聯繫工作人員很方便，提供幫助也非常及時。
離開成都前幾天住這裏感覺沒有選錯酒店，很舒服很值得。最後謝謝Winnie幫我寄了遺落的重要行李，16層的保潔阿姨也很友好，謝謝所有的工作人員

這次入住成都木棉花酒店完全超出了預期！恰逢生日，Winnie小姐姐主動詢問是否需要贈送蛋糕 整個過程積極對接布展公司事宜 一推開門就被房間滿滿的儀式感和精緻細節感動到！小姐姐不僅幫忙協調了房間安排 休息時間還幫忙對接電視畫面投屏細節 每次都第一時間回覆我的消息，愉快難忘的一次生日體驗
酒店的服務細節真的無可挑剔，從入住時的微笑問候到離店時的祝福，每一位員工都讓我感受到家人般的温暖。房間整潔舒適，夜景也超美，加上小姐姐熱情細心的服務整個體驗堪稱完美！強烈推薦給所有需要儀式感的朋友，木棉花酒店絕對是值得紀念日打卡的首選！下次還會再來～

地理位置優越 裝修風格也比較新穎 床品 洗護用品都還不錯 硬件上還行 前台比較慢 看起來很小氣的一小坨 兩張桌子 不大氣 早餐品種不多 但質量還行 遇到人多體驗感就不太好 週末疊加婚宴 停車問題就非常頭痛了 到大堂一片嘈雜！ 人少的時候也許體驗感好些

這次來成都的酒店選的太成功了，設計師酒店特別有質感，設施齊全而且非常新，全套戴森吹風機，備品是歐瓏，歡迎水果是成都油桃，minibar居然還有峨眉雪，早餐品類齊全而且還有冷鍋串串，都好喜歡！前台小姐姐也非常nice，給我們升級了房間，樓下就是萬象城和地鐵站，吃飯購物出行都非常方便，已經安利給了身邊的朋友們，下次來成都繼續訂～
